- Sanja Jovic Added November 15, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Got charged a late fee for something beyond my control. I was enjoying my experience until this happened. I found them unhelpful and show no care. I was a good loyal customer for many years always paying on time and it was only because we had people stealing from our letterboxes in the area, which local police know about and my bank new about because they had to resend a new card. I informed fernwood but they still refused to refund my late fee. Hopefully my banks dispute team can resolve this. I actually don't even feel comfortable returning now. I could have gone to the gym but I just don't feel comfortable now. No customer service. No one to talk too. Just different excuses and I can't help you.
